Contact Us

Either call or email through your event brief to a member of the team. Your dedicated event planner will then contact vetted, suitable venues within your desired location which meet your event requirements. 


Discuss

We will discuss the event brief with the venue ensuring what they are proposing will be the right fit for your event and would work logistically. We will then negotiate the best rates on your behalf. 

Short-list

Within 24 hours (72 hours for international events) you will receive a full event proposal detailing a minimum of three venues which are available on your specified dates.  The proposal will include a venue overview, photos of the venue, a breakdown of what the venue is offering as well as a break-down of costs.

Site-Visit

We can organise and accompany you on site visits at your shortlisted venue/s. Once you have decided on a venue, we will re-negotiate rates and the venues terms and conditions on your behalf before signing the contract.

Last Step

You will then qualify for NICE Events’ complimentary event planning service, or you can liaise directly with the venue and handle the details directly.
