As an independent events management company with over 20 years of experience, we understand all the intricacies involved in managing a corporate event. A lot of time and effort goes into the planning of an event which is why onsite management is crucial to ensure everything goes off as smoothly as possible.

How do our event management services work?

  • We always like to ensure that all event suppliers and stakeholders are fully briefed and working from our detailed event plan guaranteeing a flawless execution. Knowing that NICE Events are managing the day behind the scenes allows you to network with your guests and enjoy watching all your hard work come together with that much deserved peace of mind.

  • We will manage all the various suppliers on your behalf, leaving you with just one point of contact – your dedicated event planner at NICE Events. Even better, we can add all the additional elements and suppliers to a solitary invoice for you, meaning no need to set-up additional suppliers.

 

Managing your event.

  • Step 1

    We will discuss your event requirements in full so we can understand what you are hoping to achieve, along with gathering details on attendee numbers, location requirements etc.

  • Step 2

    We will send you an extensive proposal with costs for you to review, giving you an opportunity to discuss them with us first.

  • Step 3

    Then we will ask for your feedback and for you to shortlist your preferred venues and we can then arrange site visits where appropriate.

  • Step 4

    At this point, we will discuss the final specifications with you and send a confirmation to yourselves and your chosen venue.

  • Step 5

    Once agreed by you, we will return the contract to the venue. Throughout the process, we will be available to chat through any questions you may have or to suggest ideas to meet your requirements.
