Delegate management, liaising with the venue and managing external suppliers are just a starting off point as to how we can create a bespoke, unforgettable experience that inspires and engages your delegates.  We are firm believers in attention to detail ensuring nothing is overlooked resulting in seamless events from start to finish.

NICE Events understands the amount of work involved in planning a spectacular event which is why we will work tirelessly behind the scenes to ease your workload, taking care of every aspect of event management and logistics from event conception to delivery.

How does our event planning service work?

 

  • Our aim is to build strong relationships with our clients, gaining an understanding of your business and strategic vision ensuring we deliver your objectives and exceed your expectations.

  • With our wealth of knowledge and go getting attitude we will go over and above expectations when it comes to planning an event. We will endeavour to find the right venue for our clients and then help them with every aspect of planning the event, from venue suggestions and costs for review to help with the menu and staff.

  • At NICE Events we’re an events planning agency that makes it a priority to build relationships with our clients, so we can understand their needs and provide them with bespoke solutions. 

 

Planning your event.

  • Step 1

    We will discuss your event requirements in full to establish a tangible goal and your event or incentive objectives. We want to understand the event, along with gathering details on location requirements, attendee numbers etc.

  • Step 2

    We will do a venue search and put together a proposal with some venue suggestions and costs to review. We will arrange a catch up call to ask for your initial feedback and for you to shortlist your preferred venues. If it’s appropriate, we would then aim to get a site visit arranged with the venue so we can discuss the event in more detail.

  • Step 3

    We will discuss the final specifications and send a confirmation to yourselves and the venue, once agreed by you we will return the contract to the venue on your behalf.

  • Step 4

    With the venue contracted it’s time to work on the finer details; set up the registration site and send out the event invitations. Establish what AV is required, choose the menus etc. You may not require us to help with this element, we can be involved as much or as little as you would like us to be. With a timeline in place the venue will require final details such as AV requirements, attendee numbers, timings etc.

  • Step 5

    The event day has arrived, time to see all your hard work pay off and your colleagues enjoying themselves. If you would like us there, we can also be onsite to ease your stress for example greeting delegates on the registration desk. We will also work closely with the venue to run the logistics, like the registration desk and ensure everything runs on time.
